Buying Houses

We are real-estate investors and wholesalers not licensed real estate agents. There are many options available when selling your house. If your house does not fit our portfolio, we will match your house with one of our buying associate investors who would love to buy your home.

Because our core is in education and consulting, there is no pressure. While getting an understanding of your situation, we will guide you through your options when selling a home. Once you choose the sale method that best fits your goals, we will submit an offer if it makes business sense for us. If it is not a deal that works for us, we will contract your property and submit it to other investors that are a better fit.

Mortgage Consulting

When buying or refinancing through a traditional lender unanswered questions cost a lot of money. We have saved our clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in lender fees from funding fees to mortgage insurance. We will explain terminology, strategy, and run the numbers so you can choose the best lender.

Selling or Renting Houses

Our goal is to build long term prosperous relationships between us and those who prefer to not use traditional lending when buying a home. We believe everyone has the right to own a home to be proud of. We specialize in Seller Financing also known as Owner financing. If you don't have the deposit yet, we will work with you through leasing with option to buy.
